Help! I've been banned on the account system!

In the event you have been banned from the Frontwire Account System, please open a support ticket to the Community Support department. Be sure to include the following information:

 

  • Account System Username
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Your Steam ID
  • Any additional information you think may help us

A member of our community team will review your information and follow up with you regarding your ban. Responses to ban inquires may take several days to receive a response. Remember, just because you appeal a ban does not guarantee your account will be unbanned.

 

Note: We do not discuss ban reasons with anyone other than the person who was banned. We will not respond to a ticket opened on behalf of a friend/family member/someone else.
